Please read this policy before requesting a refund. It explains the refund rules for our Dwarka Yatra Guide PDF and how returns work for products you buy through our Amazon affiliate links.
Overview
The only product we sell directly is the Dwarka Yatra Guide, a digital PDF. Products shown in our shop are listed through the Amazon Associates programme: when you click Buy, you purchase them on Amazon, from Amazon or its sellers, not from us.
Digital Product: Dwarka Yatra Guide (PDF)
The Dwarka Yatra Guide is a digital PDF. It is delivered instantly on this website right after payment, and the same download link is sent to your email. Once the payment is successful and the download link has been shown or emailed to you, the purchase is final and non-refundable. A downloaded file cannot be returned, so we do not offer returns, refunds, cancellations or exchanges for the guide, including for change of mind.
The only exceptions: if your money was deducted but you did not receive the download link, or you were charged twice for the same order, email [email protected] within 7 days with your Payment ID. We will resend the link, or refund the duplicate charge to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shop Products (Amazon Affiliate)
Shop products are sold, shipped and delivered by Amazon or third-party sellers on Amazon. We do not take payment for them, do not ship them and do not hold stock. Returns, replacements, refunds, cancellations, warranty and delivery issues for these products are handled entirely by Amazon under its own return policy and the seller's terms. Please contact Amazon customer service or the seller from your Amazon order page.
We give no guarantee or warranty about the quality, authenticity, material, size or delivery of these products, and we cannot process returns or refunds for them. We do not show prices on our site; the price and availability shown on Amazon at checkout apply.
