- Natural Variation Our products include natural items such as Rudraksha beads, which vary slightly in size, colour, and texture. Minor variation from the photo is normal and not a defect.

- Availability We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, the full amount will be refunded.
Orders & Payments
An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully completed through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. We accept the payment methods made available at checkout (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets, etc.). We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers; these are handled entirely by Razorpay.
